Please define 'latest" when talking about the version of the iOS.
    latest

adjective [before noun] /ˈleɪ.tɪst/ 8ZtlfFXbzD+D93HuIlZkn0hZ12v+eYXBNtYtYmnP3Fr5HGTXyBdPmtddzs+X8AF3fNVc3ugckAAAAASUVORK5CYII= /-t̬ɪst/ A2 newest or most recent or modern: Have you seen her latest movie? the latest fashions

Or in other words, plug it into iTunes, check for updates & it says - don't worry, you're all up to date, there's no updates for you.

Ok, let me ask again and see if you can actually give me the answer: what version of iOS are you running. I've checked with Apple and they don't have one called "iOS latest". If you can't be polite and answer me, then it's very clear who in this thread is talking "nonsense".
    1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
    2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
    3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?
  • Look, i don't know what it is you're up to but why do you seem to struggle understanding what the latest version means? How am i talking nonsense?

If i say latest am i talking about iOS4? No
Am i talking about iOS 5? No.
    iOS6? No.
    iOS7, well, we're getting warmer.

    There, latest iOS version, 7.0.4

This is all irrelevant anyway & just serves for you trying to get me to jump through your hoops. I wouldn't mind, but it's irrelevant.

    Why?

Because it worked on one software version, then 5 mins later it doesn't & then 5 mins later it does again.

The 5 mins is admittedly an exaggeration, but when it does, then it didn't & then it does again the iOS version remained the same.

And don't point out that 7.0.4 wasn't out when the thread was made because i know that.
