Tenant Credit Score - Help Required

Hi everyone, I need your advice.
Earlier this year it was announced that landlords can add a black mark of sorts to tenants credit scores if they break any of the rules of their tenancy, eg not paying rent.
I'm in the process of claiming rent back from an unreliable tenant (early stages), I don't want to go into the ins and outs, but does anyone know the process of how to add this black mark to their credit reference, or who to contact to do this?
Thanks

Credit scores don't exist and tenants credit files are not reported to CRA's neither.0

You won't be able to for this tenant.
Experian are in the process of starting to allow landlords to share information relating to rent payments, and they will ultimately be able to see past information from other landlords.
But to do so you would need to join their scheme (at a fee) and need to get permission from your tenants to share this information. In practice a bad tenant isn't going to agree to this retrospectively, so you would need to include the relevant permissions on the tenancy agreement.
Experian have more info on this on their website under rental exchange.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
