Outlook - Junk filter not working?

Hi,
I am using W7, outlook 2007
I am getting really fed up with the amount of rubbish e-mails I get each day, around 70!
I right click each one and add to my junk e-mail 'add sender to blocked senders list', and there I can see a whole list of them. But, I still get daily e-mails into my in-box?
I've checked the list of 'safe senders' and that's all OK
Any ideas?

More or less every time spam is sent a different from address is used so blocking an offending one will have little impact. You need to use your junk filter to stop emails by using rules. Something like sending any email with "Viagra" in the title to the deleted box direct.0

Try Mailwasher from Firetrust. You view the email online and can delete without downloading it.0
