Does anyone know where I can obtain one of these for my son. He is without a driving licence for a while and needs some for of official id to be able to go out etc. Not sure how he should go about it.
Thanks

Most nightclubs/pubs in my area will only accept driving licenses (provisional or full) or an in date passport as the rest are too easy to fake.

Can't he apply for a provisional driving license?

I have a feeling it has something to do with the OP's post in the motoring section:

If so, then the lad can't get a provisional at present. The PASS id is the closest he is going to get for a while.

Oh well in that case it's try the pass card or get a passport.

I'm in Glasgow area and no pubs or clubs will accept pass cards as proof of age.
