Energy supply regions
Does anyone know if there is an accurate map to tell you which cities are in which region?
For example, for energy supply York is not in Yorkshire, it is the North East. I've tried asking EDF and npower which cities are in "Yorkshire" (one of the cheapest areas), yet neither of them know.

Put your postcode into any comp site and it will generate the tariff rates. You can then match those with the supplier's unit rate chart which covers all the regions.
But surely (if you live in York, ) you only need know which region that is in-which you now do?No free lunch, and no free laptop

Might be what you're looking for. Those companies set the use of system rates for their area that are the reason you get regional variations.0
