..and a thick layer of dust everywhere (apart from the computer keyboard) :D

Reason the computer is never dusty as we, the addicts woops I mean regulars are always cleaning our keyboards and monitors many due to spraying all sorts of liquid on them due to involuntary spasm. No idea what causes them though!

Is there a Doctor in the house???

PS just listed an "dare I say it" inflatable punchbag. Will be interesting to see the replies for this going by the other stuff I listed. It's amazing folks lack of manners, and poor grasp of basic literacy. If you reply with no manners and / or in text speak (you get loads of them), you ain't getting nowt from me.

General spelling mistakes are ok, and I do allow for those who might suffer from dyslexia, I'm not that mean, but you can generally tell the I want it, and I want it now, but I really don't need it, but I will have it because it's free brigade.

PS nowt exciting on our board for ages.

Do you get the feeling some people are just taking the mick? These "shopping lists" of wanteds are insane, at that one for all the expensive kids toys just annoys me. I never had those and was just fine, you make do with what you have, and worse comes to worse, go outside and fall out of trees!

Also, who on earth is crazy enough to give their teenage son an ensuite?

Bag of paperbacks suitable for adults (mainly sci fi / crime - not 'adult fiction').

I did this many a time, much to my mum's disgust. One trip to casualty too many, but hey I remember this with fond memories and yes it was hard to climb the tree's in a dress and proper shoes (not trainers), but I still managed. We girls are made of stern stuff when we want to be and I positively encourage my kids to climb trees, and get mucky in general as a dirty child is a happy child in my book as they have usually had great fun and been up to serious mischief when they come home in a hell of a state with a huge grin.

Mind you mine still prefer the playstation - I hate those things and I'm threatening to ebay it, but I don't know if I'd get anything for it to make it worth while.

I loved doing that, drove my parents nuts as I was coming home every day covered in cuts and bruises (Not entirely my fault, I have a condition that causes clumsiness :o ). I had a games console, my parents saved up and got me and my little brother a NES, and though we spent hours on it every day, we still wanted to go run outside and act like idiots!

For a playstation you probably wouldn't get much, so it's not worth going through with the threat really!

That list of things for that persons kid/kids really put my back up a bit, they don't need all that to be happy. Hell give them waterpistols and a garden and you won't see them for dust!
Hi, i am wandering if anyone has a booster chair/seat that goes on a
dining chair for baby/child to sit at dining table, that anyone has
    one they no longer need/use.

I love this one, for some reason I envisage this small child sitting at the table, plate in front on them and just their eyes peering over the table top to see! Bless :D

Its down to a condition that affects some of the freecycle thread junkies here (self included!) when they read something hilarious on the thread when drinking coffee. We've all applied for the free computer cleaning kits that were on offer the other day :D
