Nexus 7 problem...advice.

I got my son the nexus 7 last Xmas from John Lewis,it is covered for 2 years so when it went wrong ( blank screen ) i took it back, the lady on repairs said it would back fixed in 28 days and most times it is back a lot sooner....phoned up today and the said that they are still waiting for bits to come in and for me to phone up in 7 days time....they have now had it for 29 days.....can i ask them to replace it with a new one ...?

Yes you should have asked them in a first place.

i got back to them, they said they are waiting for 3 parts and should arrive by next friday, another 7 days,:mad:

JL won't be repairing it. It'll have been sent back to Asus most likely.
