I think this is worth a real vent. BT seem to have a new scam. BT are not my call provider they only supply my phone line for which I pay line rental only. Because of this I am used to the bill being very low £9.35 + vat therefor when the bill drops through the letter box I usually have a quick look then shred it, this…

As the original poster, I am somewhat amused at the attracted comment's
My main aim was to warn other's of this sharp practice so that they don't get caught out. BT have since replied and appologised for any inconvienience caused and refunded my money. Estimating the BT customer base just how many other unsuspecting people are inadvertently contributing to their already full coffers? . now let's put this thread to bed
