    As the original poster, I am somewhat amused at the attracted comment's
    My main aim was to warn other's of this sharp practice so that they don't get caught out. BT have since replied and appologised for any inconvienience caused and refunded my money. Estimating the BT customer base just how many other unsuspecting people are inadvertently contributing to their already full coffers? . now let's put this thread to bed
