Furnishing an apartment

It'd be better/cheaper to get the stuff from, say, Ikea and hiring a good local handyman to put it together for you + you've a good contact for odd jobs in the flat in the future .... than to part with good money for "rentals packages".

before you go down the road of furnishing it have you asked any agents for advice.
Tenants often want there own furniture and you can get the same rent either way .What happens if the tenant doesn't like your furniture ,have you somewhere to store it .A tenant with there own furniture is more likely to stay long term. I supply white goods and no furniture.Ask the local agents for advice.
