What is a soft spot. What does it mean and how do you deal with it it. It has nothing to do with anyone one here, just heard that term to me about someone. Does it mean they have pity on me cos I am !!!!!! or stupid. Like a general smymathy. Like poor You??

A fontanelle (colloquially, soft spot) is an anatomical feature on an infant's skull comprising any of the soft membranous gaps between the incompletely formed cranial bones of a foetus or an infant. Fontanelles allow for rapid stretching and deformation of the cranium as the brain expands faster than the surrounding bone can grow.
You are welcome

Having a soft spot for someone means you are drawn to them and like them just for who they are. It's not a term that would be used if someone thought you were odd or if they pitied you.The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own, no apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.0

I agree and i'll add, it doesn't automatically mean they want to be your girlfriend. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
