  • A fontanelle (colloquially, soft spot) is an anatomical feature on an infant's skull comprising any of the soft membranous gaps between the incompletely formed cranial bones of a foetus or an infant. Fontanelles allow for rapid stretching and deformation of the cranium as the brain expands faster than the surrounding bone can grow.

    You are welcome :)

Having a soft spot for someone means you are drawn to them and like them just for who they are. It's not a term that would be used if someone thought you were odd or if they pitied you.
The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own, no apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.

I agree and i'll add, it doesn't automatically mean they want to be your girlfriend.

In an affectionate but probably not chemistry-based way.
