So we are in the consultation phase. My boss has managed to ensure I will get a payout.
I initially managed to get interviews my last one last week but I am thinking that I should work the 6 months take the payout and get my nebosh and driving licence then go looking for a new role. I currently manage the HSE in a manufacturing site so this added to the nebosh should help me stay in that field what would you do?
