Hi, was just wondering what my rights are with regard to a purchase I have recently made with DFS. Ordered 2 couches instore aproximately 3 weeks ago, waiting on delivery. However was showing the style I went for to family members via online website and discovered the same furniture at nearly have the price! Is there anything I can do?

No chance now. They would not have to do anything as you went instore.
But by know it would've entered into production and you'll be out of any finance cooling off.0 -

As it turned out I contacted the store today and they have very kindly agreed to give me the furniture at the online price!! I am delighted. So a very positive outcome!! New agreement already signed so in this instance I have to give dfs top marks for customer service. Goes to show no harm in asking!0
