Finally got it to work! Filled the form with LastPass in FF.
Clicked in the first box where my e-mail address was. Hit enter. And then hit enter for each box until it submitted - On the second or third box I think.

This method hadn't worked when hitting enter on the bottom boxes, which has worked on other comps. I had to start at the top.
