Is there any way to find out the particulars of the cases? Even if it's just X Vs Y, outcome: Z, or whether both parties even turned up.

Or is there some body we can lean on to investigate it?

They've got a whole raft of new claims up but the sheer lack of actual detail makes me suspicious about it being anything beyond a threatogram.

    From the website

Do we really take people to court and win?

... Parking Companies take people to court every month and in most cases the judge finds in our favour, on the basis that:

Not sure that that is true

Each month people receive CCJ’s from the civil courts after trying to avoid paying private parking charges. Here are a few examples from UKPC

They do actually say that they are the claimant. Clearly their website aims to deceive. But we expected nothing less fro the former Denver Clamps.

What other details would you expect to see?

Why doesn't someone enter an FOI request for the number of claims issued by UKPC since 1st October 2012 to date and how many judgments have been entered in their favour in the same period?

I don't know anything much about the FOIA 2000 but don't see why they wouldn't be able to confirm how many cases have been won - there's no need to provide details of who the defendant was.
