I have got my son I football kit from sportsdirect online for 31.99
and when it arrived the box was marked 15.99
30% off now 13.99 so after 6 weeks of getting no where with sports direct they have came back to me today saying I can't get any money back but as a good will they will let me post it back for free if I want a refund (they said because I confirmed the price it cant be changed)
I dont want a refund I was the difference back

That's not how it works, you agreed to a price online.
The company can charge a different price through different mediums (ie store, website etc). The 15.99 was obviously a store price , probably discounted.0 -
