I purchased FIFA 14 for xbox 360 over a month ago.

Insert the disc, game loads fine. Bam, no online.
No FUT, nothing.

I contact online support, they assist me through troubleshooting (even though i've done it already)
I contact ISP, i complete a UA trace, everything on my end is fine.

Over and over again im told to perfom the same connectivity troubleshooting even though i tell them everything is working fine on my end, its your end with the issues, im told to wait 5-10 days for a 'specialist' to reply, week later; they reply with a link to troubleshooting page

Again i try extra ideas, deleting profile, installing/unistalling game etc. Nothing, so i contact a technical support for the 3rd time, again a specialist with again a medocre response. SO again i try, get the picture? A month down the line and im told to wait another 5-10 days, 12 days later, still nothing.

I contact them via premium number (horrible 20minute bill) TO THEN be told that microsoft are to blame because its a gamertag related issue, they delete these temp5040545 ones (All while finding it very funny, constantly laughing??) and tell me to go buy 1 month xbl and try again (mine had expired waiting for this lot to get their act together).

So all in all, £47 spent to play on launch, horrible premium price, a month wasted (price has gone down to £30 odd now).

EA's response? nothing.. not even FUT packs the first advisor offered

I want a reimbursement,they've caused me to lose £17 game wise, ££ mobile bills and sheer frustration at the lack of customer experience.

ANY ideas?
