Technika tv tesco repair causes fault!

Hi
Please help
I returned a Technika TV DVD combi via tesco technical helpline for repair within the 12 month warranty, it was collected and repaired really quickly but whilst in for repair they replaced the 'stand arm' which was fine when it left us and was not reported as part of the fault. The new 'arm' when fitted to the tv base caused it to lean forwards rather than sit flat, they have since sent 2 more bases with arms but they have the same issue. The resolution from tesco is that they will refund (it was £86) but the tv is working and they caused the problem I now have! The other alternative as the unit is no longer available if I wanted to replace with similar model I would have to pay the difference, the closest model is £149, so would cost me £63 to replace a working tv that I cannot use as the repair has provided an unsuitable base.
Where do it stand with this as I feel really aggrieved as this is not a problem of my causing.
Thanks for any advice

A full refund is more than they need to give, if they so desired they could deduct a portion of the refund to take into account the use you have had with the TV.
If you are asking if they need to make up the difference, then no they don't.0 -
Even though they have caused the issue?0

Or pay £7 for a wall bracket from Amazon.0

The most they could be liable for is the full value of the tv, which is what they have offered. Legally they have to refund, repair or replace (and the refund can be partial as already mentioned). The law is very explicit that the consumer cannot insist on an option that is more expensive than one of the others, so you can't make them give you the more expensive tv.0
