Hello All, I hope I'm in the right place. Our 3.4 kW storage heater is broken. It was on the lowest setting to warm through the house and when we got up in the morning it was roasting hot - I could smell burning. Old Dimplex XT24 heaters may have sparesI have recenly fitted spares for Dimplex heaters that were 25 years old
You will need the serial number as this will indicate the age.
