The sodding statement is dated 2012 !!! This happened in July 2013.
That's great for you! How can the signature be dated 2012 when these witness statements were only introduced by the BPA and PE about six months ago...

On your blog, in this blog issue, your email address is not correct. It says " at" instead of "@".

Can I ask do you plan on developing that domain you have prankster ?When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

did you find out if mr/mrs barlow was authorised to sign witness statemnets by any chance
i have just recived all information of them with same witness statement by b.barlow dated 14/10/13.
what else was in your pack was it just full of photos and just mainly went on about pre-estimate of loss and commercial justification?0
