I have just read through my books and worked out a menu for next week, so economical and healthy can't think why I haven't done this a lot earlier. Wartime thrift is going to help so much if the price of food is set to go sky high in the coming year. I've not had anything that wasn't good to eat either. Cheers Lyn.0

I can't wait for the tv programme. I've liked the others but think this one will be more useful. The others, whilst interesting, seemed to be more of a history lesson. I am another one that isn't a fan of Ruth, but she does know her stuff.
This thread is so interesting. I've worked through it quite quickly and would love to try it, but I'm not sure I know enough to even begin!0
