The prize consists of a 2 week yoga retreat with Mark and Joanne Darby: this includes high quality accommodation at the retreat, daily yoga classes (6 morning classes and 4 afternoon classes weekly) and 3 vegetarian meals a day. Accommodation in a single room, with en suite bathroom and toilet.0
