The cards are not gift cards, they are membership cards which entitles you to 10% off purchases.

As well as giving you 10% off future purchases on line or in store you get £5 credit to use on your birthday. So effectively you can think of them as £5 gift cards (although they can't be combined) - they don't know when your birthday is, so use it any time!
The cards take ages to come (about 6 weeks), they are sent from somewhere in Eastern Europe IIRC. I've heard of people complaining at the length of time & getting a refund.

lol, I did say that yesterday to my work collegue, How cheeky would it be to call to say they forgot my free gift. haha

Quite often the loyalty cards dont arrive, last time after 5 weeks rang up and they said would you like them sent again or a refund:D, no contest refund please, made 2 £25 gift sets £2.99 for BOTH and free postage:T:T:T

I would love to know how you got £25.00 gifts for £2.99 cant seem to get it to work.
