My order isn't showing in my account but I got the order email. Hope this glitch gets honoured!

Well I have had the dispatched email but it's only showing 1 luxury gift set (ordered 2) and the 2 love your body cards!

I have had a dispatch email but nothing listed so cannot check? Anyhow due on 11th - still not showing in my order history on Body Shop site:

Your The BodyShop order is due for delivery on 11th November

Your The BodyShop order will be delivered on 11th November by DPD. Can you please ensure someone is available to sign for your delivery at:

Hi

I managed to order these and received an 'order' email but it isn't showing on my account (like others). I haven't received a despatched email or text but my account shows £12.99 pending so I am hoping that this is the Body Shop. I have ordered so much recently that I have lost count!! Not very MS I know!
