Payplan - Red Potato Car Finance

Hi All,
Been on my DMP with payplan for 3 years now recently had to make lesser payments due to pulling out money on car. On 16th Oct I was in an accident and it was written off hence require a new car for work and family. I applied via the normal route at high street car dealers and finance, was offered some finance from these but high payments so simply said no. I have discovered red potato and have an appointment to speak with them in the hope they can help. My worry is I have made finance applications over the past 3 days via 2 well know car dealers and wondering if anyone has been in the same situation. Will this affect my application to red potato as this is specifically aimed at people on payplan schemes?
Any help would be wonderful. Take care all.

It's hard to say. The applications will probably not even be on your credit files yet so don't mention them unless you're asked.
I would advise against car finance; it's expensive and you'd be better off buying a cheap used car. What will your verse be?
