No refund will be given for prizes with a value of less than £500. Winner can choose to pay more to upgrade prize. Prize must be taken in July 2007 or August 2007, Saturday arrivals only. Excludes travel, transfers, all food and drink, linen hire, tourist tax (approx 1€ pppn). Choice of resorts restricted and subject to availability. c) Courtesy of Peak Retreats: 7 nights in a one bedroom apartment in Champagny (Savoie) in the new 4-star residence Les Alpages de Champagny for 2 to 4 people – including Sea France ferry crossing with car. 4. Entry to the competition is restricted to one entry per household. Addresses will be checked.
5. Should tax liability arise, then it will be the responsibility of the winners to notify their own Government's relevant tax department. MDLF take no responsibility or liability for taxation or for any other costs incurred in connection with the prizes received in this promotion.
6. MDLF reserves the right to suspend, change or terminate the competition and prizes at any time and for any reason, without notice. It is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as final, and that the entrants agree to abide by the rules. The prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. There will be no refund in the event of cancellation or non-acceptance of prize by winners.
7. All complete entries will be entered into the competition and entry to the competition implies acceptance of any terms and conditions attendant on the prizes. The prizes are not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
8. The prizes will be awarded to the first names drawn from all entries received. The winners will be notified within 28 days. The judge’s decision will be final. MDLF will not enter into correspondence on any matter to do with the competition. The decision of MDLF shall be final and legally binding.
