Utility bills difference on 3 & 4 bed house

Morning All,
I've been looking for a 3 bed terraced house, but a 4 bed has come up within my price range. I tried to research the difference in running costs last night and it seemed to be about £50 extra per year, per utility. I'm not sure that is very accurate.
Does anyone have experience of moving from a 3 bed to a 4 bed terraced house, please, in terms of bills?
I'll be living by myself, out working all day, so using utilities mainly in the evening.
Thank you.

Far too many variables. My previous four bed house wasn't actually a lot more to run than my BF's one bed flat - which was hideously expensive considering he had barely anything in it, no washing machine, oven, etc.
Is it old/new? Same heating in both? Loft insulation? Terrace/detached? Number of outside walls? Wall cavities/solid brick/insulation? You really can't just say a 3 bed is less than a 4.
Please bear in mind it's really only one more room to heat. You can always turn the rad off if it's that big a deal. Or is the whole house much bigger?

We moved from a 3 bed semi to a 4 bed detached and the only bill that has increased was Council Tax.Debt at LBM (March 2006): £30,000

Thanks guys, it's really not much more of a bigger house as such, than a regular 3 bed terraced. The 4th room is very small and it will be the same type of build/age as the 3 beds i've been looking at.
I'm viewing at the weekend, so at least i have some things to consider now.0 -
You'll still be using the same facilities (washing machine, oven, etc), it'll just be one more small room to heat (doesn't sound like that will add much more) - although, as fortheloveofmoney says, it may be more for council tax.
