BG Smart Meter Billing
I had smart meters fitted in October and my bill usually gets generated on the 3rd of the month after I have supplied meter readings. However, I don't have to supply readings now as they are tansmitted directly. I checked my account this morning and the bills show a nil amount. I could send an email to BG, but they want me to supply my meter readings in doing so, which defeats the object of the exercise.
