WOW my daughter has come up with something that she would love for her newly decorated bedroom from father christmas.....
A PRETTY FAIRY DOOR to go next to her bedroom door on the skirting. Brilliant idea!
Does anyone know where I can get a blank small door as craft shops are too expensive and so are dolls house suppliers. I looked on ebay but not showing the thing she explained to me.
Any help please so I can get ordering and painting?

If you search on ebay for "Dolls house door" it comes up with a reasonable selection for under a tenner.
e.g. this one for £4.89

This idea has been around for quite a while.
It is probably cheaper to buy them ready made on eBay - for example this seller has a set of 3 fairy doors for £3

We've just ordered the Christmas Tree door to use as our "elf on a shelf" this year... um... without the elf or the shelf. hahahaha
But they have loads of different doors, and pretty good prices.MSE mum of DS(7), and DS(4) (and 2 adult DCs as well!)DFW Long haul supporters No 210:snow_grin Christmas 2013 is coming soon!!! :xmastree:0 -
If you want the door to be temporary (ie for Elf on the Shelf) then how do you stick it on so that it's removable? That money talks - I can't deny,
I heard it once - it said 'goodbye'!

check this out- the same idea and it tells you how to do it. So, so cute. The whole blog is cute, but it makes me feel like an inadequate mother- heehee.
