Problems with PVR recording of Channel 4 programmes

Is any one else having problems with their PVR and recording of Channel 4 programmes?
I have a Panasonic Freeview PVR and up until the last month or so, have not experienced any problems recording. But now, it's infuriating!
I set a programme on Channel 4 series link to record, e.g. Grand Designs, and the PVR later changes the recording from the Wednesday 9pm slot to Channel 4/7 11pm slot or later. It does this with other channel 4 programmes too.
I checked the signal strength on C4 and 4/7 and the C4 signal strength is much stronger, so that can't be the reason for the glitch.

I had a similar problem with a Humax recently when it wouldn't record BBC1 when set on the timer. Did a re-set, not sure what uou call it, but it's when you do a complete new search for stations. It solved it.0

Thanks Ewan.
BBC1 also plays up and records BBC Wales instead of West. Maybe a complete rescan might help."He who asks questions cannot avoid the answers"0 -
Like Ewan I had a similar problem with my Humax but for me it was BBC 4. I could watch BBC 4 and manually record but scheduled recordings failed.
A re-tune of the box sorted it out.
I think it started when they moved some of the channels around although BBC4 wasn't one of them. One by one the penguins are slowly stealing my sanity.0 -
Sounds like you might be in between 2 transmitters and the box has picked up channels from each maybe?0

Research where your local transmitters are, and make sure your aerial is pointed directly at the 'correct' one0
