satisfied default 4 years old help!!

Hi im looking to get a 95% mortgage, the house is priced at £70, 000. I have a sale agreed and going straight to bank instead of broker. I want to realistic and know more info. I have a satisfied default on my credit report from orange I paid the debt off after a few months. It says satisfied default. I also have a letter from orange saying its been satisfied and that I dont owe then anything I have also rote a letter of explanation explaining why I got this default. I was in dispute with orange because I could not get a signal in my own home. it was satisfied 5th oct 2009. Have I got any chance of a mortgage would any1 no. Im in desperate need for a house for my preg gf and I. Please help. Also is there a orange repesentive on here

Maybe post on mortgage board, a broker may well help for a small satisfied default that old. Will not fall off your report til 6 years from default date.
You could go and complain via orange and the ombudsman, but might take til the time it would fall off anyhow to get resolved.:beer:0
