Seem to be ok at the moment, if you mean call centre wise?
I don't really have to speak to them very often as their portal works ok.
If you mean tariff wise, well you'll have to work that out based on your circumstances.
They had a bit of a melt down a couple of years ago when they had the best deals and were trying to install a new billing system at the same time.
That seems to be sorted out, mostly.
Never been a SP customer so nothing to compare against.0 -
Been with them for years, no issues, online account access does what it says in the tin and lets me enter my meter readings regularly to be sure I am not building up a bill beyond my direct debits.0

Been with them just over a year now and no real problems. When I have needed to contact them managed to speak to a real person quite promptly. Certainly not at the lower end of the cs charts.0

No probs here..highly recommended by my dealings.0

Since the only change is in the billing system, what kind of recommendation are you looking for?
The CS has improved a lot in the two years I've been with them.No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
Thanks for replies guys, tariff is slightly higher of coursethan what I'm on now, fixed tll April 2014. Worried if I hold off then there may not be any deals left. Just wondered if people were generally happy with EDF0

I am on the april 2014 fix also and am in 2 minds as what to do for best.
I have changed and cancelled 3 times now using the twelve day rule they allow for totally moving but tend to chicken out after 3 or 4 days.0 -

What to do eh? Cheap energy club confusing, first told me to stick and now giving me other options :undecided0 -
I'm just going through the switch process now from SP to EDF.
Everything has gone smooth to date. They've just emailed me to ask for my meter readings. Its only taken one month to switch to their Blue Fixed till 2015. I haven't had cause to ring them (which is good), but therefore I've no idea what their customer service staff are like.

Currently switching to EDF Blue Fix March 15 from SP.
I noticed today that EDF have pulled the March 15 and replaced it with a April 15 tariff and of course the price has gone up.
In other words every time a new tariff comes out you get a price rise on top of the annual one.
Double whammy all round.0
