Streetshirts refuse to honour code

Hi team,
I placed an order with streeshirts and used 'freeprints' voucher code, so I only pay the price of the tshirt itself. They have just emailed me saying I need to pay the remaining £182 to cover the cost of the prints as well (over 20 tshirts) as the voucher was supposed to be disabled since they changed to the new company on 22/10/13.

I have replied saying they should honour the voucher, as we've been long time customers, as well as it not being our problem their web admin didn't disable the code. I spent hours designing the tshirts too thinking we had a bragain, had I known I wouldn't have bothered.

Are they allowed to ask for the money? Or do I have rights in this matter.

Your advice would be very much appreciated.

Thanks
MrsH
