I got exactly the same email a couple of months ago. I ignored it and the transfer went ahead as planned.
I told my parents to ignore it too and their transfer also went through and credit owed was refunded without problems. I saw the email for what it was, a lame attempt to get you to stay with them.0 -
So glad to get away from NPower recently, they've been slowly grinding at me for a few years... The straw which broke the camels back for me was when they or their incompetent computer system decided it was increasing my DD by £30 pm even when the account was still £350 in credit after the bill has been paid... The advisor then when questioned states they can't lower it and get all funny with you. Goodbye NPower I very much doubt we will cross paths again even if you give energy away...ORIGINAL MORTGAGE AMOUNT £106,454.00 (Started Sept 2007)

Same here. It was plainly just so they could give you a last sales pitch, so I ignored it. They sent another one with the same result, nothing unexpected about it.I got exactly the same email a couple of months ago. I ignored it and the transfer went ahead as planned.
EE switched me without a problem.0
