T&C:

1. No purchase necessary.
2. Maximum of one entry per household.
3. Promotion open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of Guy Anderson Wines, La Châsse, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
4. The final closing date for receipt of entries is the first Monday of the following month when a draw will be made by an independent adjudicator.
5. Winners will be contacted by email within 28 days of the closing date.
6. Winners may be asked to take part in publicity for the promotion.
7. The promoter is not responsible for the delay or non-arrival of entries made via any medium.
8. The prize is 1 Case (6x75cl Bottles) of La Châsse Côtes-du-Rhône R!serve red worth £48. There are no runners up prizes should the Côtes-du-Rhône R!serve red be unavailable.
9. There are no cash alternatives to the prizes and prizes will be delivered direct to the winners unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Promoter.
10. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of prizes.
11. For a list of prize winners and counties please write to La Châsse Winners, Guy Anderson Wines, Left Bank, 28 St. James Street, South Petherton, Somerset TA13 5BW after the promotion close date.
12. Proof of identity and age may be required. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
13. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
14. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
15. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
