Oh dear PE bottle it again.

Well, that's another charge they can't pocket and despite the fact that they made no submission it will still have cost them £27 for the privilege of a guaranteed loss.

I suppose that just means one less bottle of bubbly (that's a brown ale in Chorley-speak) they'll be having at the Christmas do.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
  • Well done Siross - though not surprising with the POPLA appeal submitted.

This is now a signifcant number of operators bottling out and failing to submit evidence packs ...
  • Well done. And if you hadn't noticed, the Parking Prankster has his claws into Fistral Beach now: http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2014/02/prankster-in-cornish-guardian.html

Worthy of a new thread Slithy Tove - do you want to start one?

btw this thread title is misleading as it turned out to be Dane Road car park and not Fistral itself.
  • Some photos of Fistral signage on pepipoo... "Worried about Parking Eye Letter-Fistral, Snakes in the Grass., Can't concentrate on anything, this is on my mind all the time."
    Illegitimi non carborundum:)
