Store helping themselves using my Debit card details

BoP will now interrupt for the hard of understanding
OP bought flash expensive watch costing thousands of quids at high end jeweller. When they realsied the mistake, OP went back to dueller, who politely told him to clear off.
OP then went to local loan shark for advise as he had property to buy. Subsequently he sold said piece of timekeeping equipment to said shark.
Latterly, for some reason. Lots of transactions re a debit card are flapping like the wind in OP's accounts.
I thinks the banks should refund OP all their monies with immediate effect and put them back into the position they were prior to visiting the high end jeweller.0 -
I think BoP should re-read the OPOne important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0

Nowhere has the OP claimed he was getting a full refund - he sold the watch back to the original retailer (presumably for less than he originally paid for it). SOGA has no relevance here - it is a private transaction.0 -
Has the retailer used some sort of continuous payment authority (CPA) to retake the money.0

It seems they have abused it and represented the original transaction as CPA when it was notHas the retailer used some sort of continuous payment authority (CPA) to retake the money. You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'0 -

I know, it was just :After 2 weeks, I needed the money back for a property purchase. I therefore emailed the store asking if they'd take it back.
