Why just stop at children's programming, why not go the whole hog and ban TV/Radio advertising outright?0

How about they teach finances at school it appears half the country are useless with money. Credit and loans are fine when managed properly, teach kids the basics before they can get credit.0

Probably because it's not really a realistic goal at the moment, while getting them off kids TV is something that has a better chance those in power agreeing to. Sometimes its better to choose battles you can win.Still rolling rolling rolling...... <

I'm amazed these ads are even on kids TV in the first place. Payday loan sharks should be banned from selling their 'products' to anyone under the age of 21.0

Or instead of demonising what is for many a lifesaver and money saving tool, yes really, it's cheaper to get a payday loan than it is to allow a direct debit to bounce, maybe 'martin' AND MP's could lobby for more provisions for financial education in schools, and the government to setup easy availability to access to short term loans which they removed by palming crisis loans off to local councils.0
