Assuming you were a guest of the hotel of course0

Well, here's another way of dealing with Marriott - get yourself over to TripAdvisor and write a stinking review warning potential guests that this is how the hotel treat their guests - they would rather see their guests in court than deal with their problem, as a result of their patronising a Marriott hotel.
Bet that brings in a different response from them!

Agree - OP, can you confirm before going in all guns blazing on TA? :rotfl:Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

They don't sent this new LBC to the motorist. They mean, that from now on, before other court cases, they will be using this new LBC.
It seems that ParkingEye feel they can make mistake after mistake but it does not matter, whereas if a motorist goes 33 seconds over the limit they are quite happy to issue an NTK.Dedicated to driving up standards in parking0
