Where can I find out who insures a car?
About a year ago I was involved in a minor car accident. I was concerned the driver of the other vehicle wasn't insured so I did some digging on the internet and was able to find that not only was she insured but also the name of her insurer.
I now want to do a similar search but I can't find where to find that information. The m.i.d website only shows that the vehicle is insured, not who insures it. Could someone tell me where I can get more information than that?

As above. Askmid and pay the £4 fee.0

No need to pay.
Use the roadside service which is free and gives the insurer and their claim contact number.0 -
A link to that might help. I couldn't see anything about a "roadside service".0

Your own insurers will find the information.PLEASE NOTEMy advice should be used as guidance only. You should always obtain face to face professional advice before taking any action.0

That's because "roadside service" is only "intended" for use at the roadside! (Go via a smartphone/tablet etc)

I thought I did it for free last time but I probably paid the fee.
Thanks for your input.0
