Pretty grotty day here, the cold and damp seems to be affecting my leg but on the bright side that meant I was in too much pain to spend

Today I have:
Checked bank
B/l/d from stores and meal plan
Remembered to switch on slow cooker this morning so huge beef casserole for dinner made from yellow sticker veggies
NSD
Recorded TV and leg elevated for evening entertainment (hopefully in bed)
Still to do:
Pack ebay sales for post office on way home tomorrow
Pack lunches for tomorrow
Yell at OH for breaking sewing machine (not sure I have energy for this)
Early night as didn't sleep well last night and will help with pain
OH is on nights from tomorrow until 6am Sunday so food bill is dramatically reduced this week and I'll be making the most of the bed to myself with lots of early nights with a good (free) book on the Kindle and I'm already planning my DFW weekend

Evening campers!
Thanks to ziggy for starting us off. My it's busy on here today!
Well I had the day from hell in work today and ended up blubbing
Decided to sort my life out a bit when I got home. Feel a bit better for the following:
Good dfw things
- Sorted contents insurance with tenants liability cover (apparently should have had this as part of tenancy agreement which is worrying)
- Emailed Walkers over my GGIH code which won a prize I couldn't claim. They gave me a new free code
I won a 2-for-1 entry to a local attraction - Used free 0800 number converter to ring insurance from my mobile
- B/D from stores
- Free cake at work
- Free choc bar from colleague

- Charged phone in work
- Heating on for 1-1.5 hours. Just went on now.
- Insurance probably not the very cheapest I could get but was really happy with the simplicity of the policy
- Spent 50p on ANOTHER bar of choc (told you it was a bad day)
- Bought lunch by accident instead of paying with Boots points as I was having a moan to my friend

Have a good evening all

Evening all
Late (and unusual) post from me, I like the snippets on FB that people post and therefore don't always get chance to come on the proper forum anymore!
This is me today:
- Drove home carefully from Grandparent's house in Kent to save fuel! M25 car park didn't help
- Didn't stop for Costa on the way home, despite tantrum from DD
- Brought goodie bag home, jam, marg, milk, fruitshoots, vanilla sugar and sachertorte glaze - Winner!
- Updated spreadsheets with Christmas present spends and "entertainment" spends from budget
- Did 0% BT to an already open CC with space, 0% til August
- Email myself to work to make a note of the date!
- Made lunch for tomorrow
- Nice soak in the bath and pamper session, despite work tomorrow I feel quite chilled out
- TV for entertainment then kindle in bed, luxury!
JxNothing to report as yet...give me a minute...!0
