Need some help ... Got an Acer Laptop Windows 8 and for the past few weeks it has been freezing. Only had the laptop for 8 months!
Tonight I got a blue screen saying that Kernel Data Input Error ... firstly what does this mean ? Should I be worried?
It said it had to rebuild a driver ...
I am useless with Laptops and need some help.

kernel data inpage error
what did the rest of the blue screen say, particularly the bottom
run chkdsk on the drive
backup and factory restore cures most things!!
