    hello all.
    sorry not replied for a while but i took in all that you said.
    went to the car park and saw that the signs where the disabled bays are do not say on the concessions do not apply for blue badge holders. all they say is blue badge must ben displayed. the signs with the concessions bit are where the normal car parking slots are. very naughty.
    took a photo of the signs and sent them off with my popla appeal. got a reply this week saying the ticket had been rescinded. :) :beer:

    i know its not an official fine but had to go through the motions to keep the wife happy. now its all sorted and i'm in the good books. looks like the xmas bj might be on this year :kisses2:

    I've always thought that term a bit unusual, as there's usually a lot more sucking than blowing going on. ;)
