Well done kazdean, but once again an innocent motorist and genuine shopper has to jump through hoops to avoid a parking charge wholly without any foundation whatsoever.
These stores really should be suffering some of the brunt of the hassle, aggravation and intimidation meted out by their agent 'on their behalf'.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
