samsung update to tablet causing problems

hi I would be grateful if anyone can shed some light.Ive just recently updated my samsung tablet and its caused me problems. I cannot access hduk even after downloading the app from google play store. I wish I hadnt bothered with the update. I even reset to factory settings still no joy. Any advice would be appreciated thanks .

Just came on here to mention that since my Samsung 5110 tablet updated to 4.2.2 my battery consumption has been much higher. I use it often during the day, close down unused apps, turn off screen etc. But before the update coukd normally get 16 hours on and off, now it struggles to last 10 hours intermittent use...Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0
