Changing Address Question

Hi All,

In the last few months i have changed address and i took a little while before i updated it with the bank (moved out of parents so wasn't worried about bank letters not making their way to me). I have just updated this on experian tonight.

I have just checked my Experian report and none of my accounts are showing on it. I have updated my address with the bank and im sure they must have reported to Experian since this date so i do find it strange that my accounts have just dissapeared seemingly?

Also, since moving into my new flat i have taken out a couple of payday loans, which show on my noddle report as settled in full etc with my new address as a linked address. However i have checked my experian report several times since this and absolutely nothing has shown up, no searches, no settled history etc (this is before everything dissapeared). Now in an ideal world these just wont appear even though there is no negative information there, the payday loan itself looks negative. My question is, once experian realise i have changed address, will these accounts suddenly appear on my report? Or, baring in mind i last checked my report in September and the first loan i took out was May, might they just not show up there?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Have you registered on the electoral roll?
  • Only recently, in the last week or so i sent off the letter registering on the electoral roll at my new address. Could this be the problem?

The new address on your CreditExpert membership will update overnight, then you should see all the data we have registered in your name there.
