Scottish Power Entrapment
I have joined the Utilities club and am in process of switching.
I tried to access my Scottish power online access and billing but kept meeting error msg. So I emailed using online form with promise of reply in 5 days.
9 days later the following email arrived.
Now my suspicious mind read and reread it and in my mind to regain internet management I have to select a new tariff locking me in to an exit fee.
I do not receive paper bills.
What would you recommend whilst I have switch in progress?
Andy

Can you not select your current tariff when registering? Not all Scottish Power tariffs have an exit fee.0
