Advice on New Rules/APCOA still using 2002?

    Yes the more complaints the better - it will hopefully help many more people at some point. They do not send evidence to the DVLA - they have to show reasonable cause which is usually automatically given as they are an AOS member of BPA -
    Adhering to the COP is part of KADOE contract and a requirement as part of being a member of the BPA. (BPA are supposed to issue sanction points - rarely do for breaches)

    Do consider emailing PP regarding this - he may be interested.

    Farah Ahmed now allowing appeals.
