keep getting called by first response in liverpool about claiming for an accident 7 weeks ago
i asked how they can do a job where all they do is annoy people and te guy said he earned more than a doctor. i replied i would still not be happy doing his job and he replied its nice earning 4 grand a month
so not only have i now got to be harassed by this company ringing every three days - ive got to put up with their gloating how much they make
i phoned ofcom to complain. they told me to ring the information commision (i think). apparently i can do an information request to see who passed my details but it costs 10 pounds. what would compell them to give me the information i request?
why are they allowed to get away with it?
i phoned later to complain to a manager but he assured me they were just ringing without knowing about the accident. if thats true it just seems strange that ii never had a call from them before the accident

just had another call from accidents for justice. so thats two calls today.
funny thing was when i asked for the phone number of the company the line suddenly went dead0 -
Make up a lie and say you have already claimed for it or got a handsome payout
Or pretend to be mad and say Wibble0 -
Not funny at all, cold calling telesales people know that any whiff of you wanting their details early-on is indicative of a complaint, not a sale.
I think Which did an article on this some time ago...
I was receiving these calls too - and I eventually called my Insurance Company. They too had received numerous complaints...and they were adamant that they had not passed on details.
they thought it could have been third party..ie..AA/RAC/Garage..never did get tot he bottom of it, but, they did have all the correct details.
They have stopped now, after I said I was calling the police....0 -
Tell them you want to make a claim.
You're deaf.
Your head fell off.
Anything to make them stop bothering you

I love winding all these callers up
I tell these people that yes I have had an accident and I suffered fatal injuries.
It takes them a while to realise what I am saying, the last person told me to f off and other things.0 -

been bombarded with calls from ambulance chasers, they have been rude and nasty, i counted 6 calls in one afternoon, its getting distressing, i complained to my insurance company and ICO and no response from them, they will lie to you.
now when i ring i burst into tears and say that the person they want to speak to died in the car accident, this seems to have calmed the calls down to about 1 a week, they dont stop.0 -
I'm sure he was winding you up about earning £4K per month.
Are they UK based calls?
If so, would registering with TPS help?0
