    I believe it is the Independent Case Examiner who can look into any problems ypu have with the CSA although you have to exhaust the complaints procedure with CSA before they get involved.

    Thanks Kelloggs I will get in touch with my MP and tell him of the position and see if there is anything he can do as March 2008 is soooo not acceptable it makes me laugh. In fact they should have done something by now it seems my poor file is just collecting dust..
