I used mine like an instant pot noodle. Added the amount of hot water it recommended, waited 5 minutes and then ate it :)

I had the garlic and sun dried tomato one and it was ok, but I now buy the 'Roasted Veg' flavor (when it's on offer) and mix up half a chicken oxo cube into the hot water first before adding it to the couscous. I add a blob of mayo when it's ready if I'm on the go and won't get a chance to get a 'proper' meal for a while.

Filling enough to stave off the hunger pangs, light enough not to make me feel bloated :)

I normally make the couscous up as directed, chop the top off a pepper, empty out the seeds, (like you would a pumpkin), fill the pepper with the couscous, put the top back on and pop it in the oven for 20 mins.

I normally find half a pack does one pepper :)
